There is to be a Public Inquiry into the Application by Peel Wind Farms (Frodsham) Limited to Construct and Operate an onshore wind farm at Frodsham Canal Deposit Grounds under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 and Section 90(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
A Pre-Inquiry Meeting was held on Wednesday 14th September 2011 to discuss procedural and programming matters for the Inquiry. The note of the meeting can be viewed on the Pre-Inquiry Meeting page.
